a TULIP
PICKING ESCAPE

Growing with intention, one season at a time.

This Season Is Going to Look a Little Different

This spring at Sarah Grey Pick Farm, we’re taking a pause for the long-term health of the land you’ve come to love.

Our tulip fields are on a journey of their own. After a few seasons of heavy planting from previous land ownership, the soil needs time and care to recover. That means we’ll not be offering advance ticket sales for spring 2026.

Instead, we’ll be watching the fields, nurturing the soil, and sharing honest updates as the season unfolds. If the tulips respond and the field blooms beautifully, we may offer limited same-day admission, but that date won’t be known until the tulips arrive.

We invite you to follow along, stay connected, and be part of this year of care, growth, and transparency.

Why This Season Is Different

Sarah Grey Pick Farm is rooted in respect for the soil, the bulbs, and the memories this land creates.

Over the past couple of years, we’ve listened, observed, and learned what this land needs to flourish long-term.

For spring 2026, we’ve chosen to prioritize soil health, bulb recovery, and sustainable growth over prescheduled events and ticket sales. This allows us to care for the fields the right way, ensuring that when we open again in full, it’s an experience worthy of our community.

Our Commitment to Transparency

Sarah Grey Pick Farm was founded on the belief that nature, community, and beauty are worth tending with care.

We know how much this experience means to our visitors - from first-time explorers to families who return year after year. That’s why we’re choosing honesty over expectation, and land health over promise dates.

Tulips depend on weather, soil, sunlight, and timing and right now (as it is for every season), we’re letting Mother Nature take the lead.

A Few Things You Might Be Wondering

Will tulips bloom this season?

We’re hopeful! We will be actively monitoring field conditions and will post updates as spring progresses.

If bloom conditions allow, we may offer pay-at-the-gate admission. Dates will be announced if and when the field is ready.

Unfortunately, we are NOT offering advance ticket sales. This ensures we only open when conditions are right.
